The Echuca Moama Basketball Association (EMBA) are a proud and well established ascociation in Echuca / Moama
We are committed to providing a range of different programs to all athletes and their families from the age of 5 onwards. Echuca Moama Basketball caters for Beginners, Juniors and Seniors. We play 2 domestic competitions each year, Summer and Winter. We are always looking to more referees and coaches so please feel free to send us a message or get in touch with us if this interests you!
AUSSIE HOOPS & U10S
Aussie Hoops & Under 10's is a program designed for the younger players of the community. Aussie Hoops is for kids aged 5-7 and is a skill based program. Our Under 10s is designed for skills and mini games each week.
DOMESTIC BASKETBALLDomestic basketball is designed for all players beginners and advanced to play competitve basketball each week. Teams are organised by the committe and we try to ensure that teams are as even as possible for a good competitive competition. We aim for the domestic season to a fun and enjoyable season for all players whilst learning playing the game at basketball. REPRESENTATIVE BASKETBALLJunior Pirates is our representative program of the EMBA, representing Echuca / Moama. Players selected to respresent Echuca/Moama attend Junior Tournaments around Country Victoria. Our Division 1 teams in each age group compete in the Junior Country Championships at the end of the representative season. Junior Pirate Objectives: - To provide all players with the opportunity to represent Echuca at the highest level.
