Welcome to the 2025/26 Junior Representative Pirates Season!

We are excited to extend a warm welcome to all our new and returning families as we kick off another thrilling season. Whether you're joining us for the first time or returning for another year, we’re thrilled to have you as part of the Pirates family. 

This season, our motto is “To Make Every Minute Count!” 

We look forward to a season filled with growth, teamwork, and memorable moments both on and off the court. Let’s make the 2025/26 season one to remember — Go Pirates!

Team/Squad Selection Process

All Echuca Pirates teams and squads have been carefully selected by a panel of 3–5 experienced coaches, including the Echuca Pirates Director of Coaching. These selections have the full support of the EMBA Committee, having been formally ratified at a recent Committee meeting.

Initial Training Weeks – Important Information

For the first two weeks of the season, teams and squads will be allocated specific training time slots. Each session will run for 1.5 hours and may be scheduled on any day of the week.

Kindly note that these time slots are only confirmed for the first two weeks and may not reflect the final training schedule for the remainder of the season.

These initial sessions are designed to allow our Director of Coaching, along with our Head Coaches and other prospective coaches, to observe players, implement our style of play, and align one coaching direction for the season. For the players named in a ‘squad’, after the two weeks of training players will be named in their division for their age group. This will be ratified at a Committee meeting.
